Bug Description

By default, pypi autohides old versions when you publish new versions of your package (see attached screenshot).

However, other packages might depend on versions you've already released. While dependents should keep their packages up-to-date, it would be really nice if depending on *released* versions didn't break until maintainers got around to updating their dependencies.

The old versions are autohidden through the UI, but the old packages are still available, old versions should not break when new versions are pushed. Can you describe how things are breaking when new versions are pushed?
