Bug Description

Below is the error while i am runnign install.sh at the build-server to install icehouse:

Indeed icehouse directory under cisco_supplemental seems to be removed.

The supplement repo was indeed removed in Icehouse, as it's no longer necessary: starting with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (which is the base for i.0 and newer versions), UBuntu now ships all the necessary components that used to be found in the supplemental repo. For example, 14.04 now packages Percona's implementation of Galera.
