logstash links from e-r index/gate status pages don't contain query parameters

Bug Description

After the move to kibana 3 the links in the index/gate pages in the status.o.o e-r pages don't work:

http://status.openstack.org/elastic-recheck/index.html

e.g.:

http://logstash.openstack.org/#

That should be an encoded URL so that when you get to logstash.o.o the query actually shows up.

When I inspect the elements on http://status.openstack.org/elastic-recheck/index.html thought, the change in 27146fe0c4a4df2cec89535b80b3be4dbe16538e hasn't been applied yet, because I'm seeing:

<a class="extlink" href="http://logstash.openstack.org/#{{bug.logstash_query}}">Logstash</a>

Which is wrong given we should have "/dashboard/file/logstash.json?" in there. I think 27146fe0c4a4df2cec89535b80b3be4dbe16538e is wrong at least in that regard since it changed to use the default logstash url which doesn't have /dashboard/file/logstash.json? in it:

Crap, nevermind, I needed to refresh the cached page to get the latest javascript to load. Now it's working.
