We should adopt something similar to this model:

So upgrades will actually result in the job being created from scratch instead of failing with a different pod spec

Unfortunately that would break the airship entrypoint init pod which checks that there's a job in k8s in the completed state. So if a pod crashes or gets moved to another node it wouldn't come up because the job had been cleaned up.
