Those are fixed in trunk at http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/cloud-provider-conceptual-architecture.html - haven't done a backport but you can do so on the gerrit/stable/diablo branch of http://github.com/openstack/openstack-manuals.
