Bug Description
Hi,
Let's try tune to reduce latency (mostly for those in APAC). There's sysctl values as well as OpenVPN configuration options to consider.
For sysctl, maybe start with net.ipv4.
For OpenVPN, maybe start with 'socket-flags TCP_NODELAY' and perhaps 'fast-io'.
