Use the ubuntu touch browser app, or just a plain oxide WebView, and point it to http://
Rendering is very slow, and when scrolling up or down the user can see how the assets are being rendered tile after tile.
I’m not seeing that issue on e.g. the BQ Aquaris E4.5 (krillin), but I’m seeing it (although maybe less pronounced) on a Nexus 7 tablet (flo).
Not seeing that on other pages, I’m guessing ubuntu.com’s home page makes use of high-resolution and heavy images which somehow make oxide choke.

Same issue on BQ Aquaris E4.5 running OTA10 on e.g. http:// insights. ubuntu. com/2016/ 04/07/ubuntu- is-everywhere/.
This doesn’t seem to affect other websites (not that badly anyway), I really wonder what’s up with graphics on pages on *ubuntu.com.
