Provide a script for setting up remote debugging environment

If you need to debug something that's specific to a mobile device, pretty much your only option here for various reasons (lack of disk space, lack of memory) is using gdbserver and debugging it from another host. However, every time I do this I have to search Google to relearn how to get it working when using separate debug files, then set up an environment on the host and then spend hours going around in circles, tryinh to make it work.

We should just have a tool that does this automatically.
