Bug Description

PTMender writes temporary files to the current working directory.

In Windows, this is Program Files\Hugin\bin, so this won't work on a locked down windows system (Bruno).

On all platform it hinders the use of separate temp partitions and may lead to an out of disk space error.

Also PTmender uses rename() to overwrite the output file with the temporary file. This fails badly if you try to create output on a different filesystem. PTmender should not use rename().
