Slow when one tab is remote

Bug Description
Very weird thing.
Files works just fine normally. Then, when I connect using SSH (haven't tested other methods but I guess it will be the same) to a server, I have slight (~0.5 - 1 sec) delay when opening directories. This is normal since it needs to get directory listing from that server before showing it. However, if I open another tab in same window on LOCAL disk, opening directories in it will have the same delay!
If I close SSH connected tab, local disk tab will be perfectly snappy and responsive again.

The SSH connection is slower than in FileZilla. Above all when you navigate into folders where you are not allowed.
