File manager doesn't show bookmarks nor home elements when closed

Bug Description
When is closed and I right click on it in plank, it doesn't show my bookmarks (nor documents, video, music...). But when I open it and I right click on it in plank it shows all my bookmarks and documents, video, music...
I attached a picture of it.
Is this a bug? It's so annoying.
