PBR handles 'requirements.txt' in package. Please supports 'Pipfile' as well

Hello. Being working with PBR and pipfile on my project, only solution so far has been to generate requirements.txt and requirements-dev.txt form the Pipfile (see as example: https://github.com/Stibbons/dopplerr)

Hello. I am working again on this issue. pipenv is getting a lot of attention and its core team grew a lot, and is now officially endorse by Pypa, the package authority. I use pipenv with pbr everyday in our our internal packages, they both work great together but without official support of pipfile, I have to use pipenv-to-requirements [1] in order to have dependencies of libraries seen and properly handled by pbr.
