Bug Description
The change log / release notes for PBR are not currently findable on the openstack web page. This is strange, as the key features of PBR include generating such change logs and release notes.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to the package's page:
https:/
2) Look through all of the linked pages for release notes or change logs.
3) Don't find any.
