feature request: lock pads during placement

Bug Description
During placement of components I almost never want to move single pads, just whole components. Especially with tightly spaced analog SMD footprints I accidently select single pads all the time. Moving components around would be a lot easier if I could grab components anywhere.
So here is the feature request: Add an option to make pads insensitive for seperate selection. That is, a click on a pad should select the whole component. This is one of the little things that would improve usability a lot.
