Incomplete information on percona-zabbix-templates

Hello, a documentation update as this took a while to sift through, and i see others complaining about monitoring mysql with zabbix in other locations, hopefully this will help them out.

I could not find this package after successfully adding the percona repository, if this is possible i'd love to know which one, it does not show up in apt-cache when i add `deb http://repo.percona.com/apt xenial main`

Section: apt-get install percona-zabbix-templates

So i had to run:
wget https://www.percona.com/downloads/percona-monitoring-plugins/1.1.6/percona-zabbix-templates_1.1.6-1_all.deb
dpkg -i percona-zabbix-templates_1.1.6-1_all.deb

Section: Configure ~zabbix/.my.cnf
New versions of zabbix will create a home directory of /nonexistant if installed via apt-get, so this line needs to be change (it should be changed anyway b/c ~zabbix/.my.cnf looks like a typo of "/home/me/zabbix/.my.cnf")

Edit /etc/passwd - change zabbix home directory to what you'd like it to be and add .my.cnf to that directory.

That seems to cover it, its now functioning and the rest of the directions hold up under 2.4.7
