For example: mysql-libs conflicts with PXC 5.6 - server. This is not a direct package conflict, but they try to manage the same files.
I typically Install PS 5.1-shared to replace mysql-libs to fix this. The doc should be kept up to date with whatever the right way to handle this with Percona dependencies is.
