Newly added pigeon doesn't show in the list

Bug Description
While adding new pigeon I sometimes create new parents at the same time. After successful save parents do not appear on the list, even though "show all pigeons" option is on. Turning it on and off again does the job (refresh).
OS: Windows 8.1 64 and Windows 7 32.
