Please remove kinetic and lunar from packages.ubuntu.com since they are EOL

Bug Description

Ubuntu 22.10 kinetic is in EOL status, bus still shown on the packages.ubuntu.com site, and is even set as default in the search list.

Please remove kinetic, kinetic-updates and kinetic-backports from all lists and selection boxes
Please add mantic-updates and mantic-backports
Please set the default value for the release in the search boxes to mantic.
Probably also the development release noble should already be added.

The new releases have already been added - thank you - but for the default release in the search boxes on https://packages.ubuntu.com/ there is still "kinetic" shown (and that gives no search results)!

Please change the default value for the release in the search boxes to "mantic".

Ubuntu 23.04 lunar went end of life by January 25, 2024.

Please remove all contents related to lunar from the packages.ubuntu.com web pages.

One thing still open from before is setting the default contents for the search boxes. There is still "kinetic", although the data for that release do not exist any more on packages.ubuntu.com.

Please set the default search term to "mantic".

Now, after publication of Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, the list of releases and repositories needs even more updates:

add noble-updates and noble-backports
add oracular
set the default for the search boxes to noble
remove kinetic from the welcome page and from the search boxes
remove lunar from the welcome page and from the search boxes

Is there any possibility for us to help?

Last weekend I made an Merge Request (https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/packages/-/merge_requests/32) that should resolve this issue. Currently waiting to hear back if it needs any tweaks.

Further I have a branch (https://salsa.debian.org/leviv/packages/-/tree/patch/bug-fixes) that contains changes that should solve most other open issues listed here on Launchpad. But I am holding off on making an PR for these to hear back on this issue as it is more important.

If there is more I can do I am also open to assisting.

Lunar is EOL, too, so it should be removed from templates/html/homepage.tmpl as well
