Versions >= 1.0.0 needs a QGIS version greater than advertised

Many packages in http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/points2one/ are misleadingly advertised as working with QGIS >= 1.9.0. According to the changelog, version 1.0.0 is the first one using QGIS widgets and likely this is what broke compatibility.

How to fix:
- Update metadata in bzr so future packages do not present this issue.
- Upload new packages with the correct minimum version. This is ugly because new packages will be inconsistent with bzr code but branching in bzr and creating new packages from versioned code would actually be riskier.
