Bug Description

I have a standard IMAP account with my web host. The IMAP prefix is INBOX. When I setup the account I included INBOX as the prefix and when the folders are synced they line up under my Inbox, as they should. The problem is when I have an IMAP folder nested under another IMAP folder. For example: INBOX > Clients > Innovative. What I see is Clients, then another folder called Clients.Innovative.

I can confirm this bug. This is a very important thing to get right early on
in postler's development. By the way, Christian and Daniel, this is my
friend Michael, he is an email guru.

After trying to get this to work for 3 hours, I have a patch here that **PARTIALLY** fixes this issue, it displays all the nested folders under the first nesting level, but their name are all correct. Christian is investigating how to make it completely recursive.

I am confused now, so you can't reproduce the error in the latest revision from git?

I enhanced the handling of nested folders for ~- to recognise . as well and be more generic. This is not fully complete yet, deeply nested folders still don't show up as expected.
