Bug Description

powernap: 1.10-0ubuntu1

powernap.upstart script assumes "encap:Ethernet" string.
When ifconfig output is translated (e.g. Japanese locale), the script does not work properly.

When I tried powernap recently, I found there is no need to set LANG=C.
I assumed this fix is needed definitely, before.
