Can't override workdir in a specific branch stanza

I added a custom workdir variable to a specific branch within my pqm config, but it's not being respected. I've confirmed this by creating a file in the home directory of the user in the chroot and then adding an "ls" to the pre-commit hook and confirming the file I added to the chroot I want to use isn't being displayed in the output to "ls".
