Can only drag a task into a kanban column when there already is at leas one task

Bug Description
We use Version Version 8.0dev-
I can only drag and drop a task into a new column under Project -> Tasks and have Kanban View enabled.
When there is no Task and the column is empty I can not let go the task when I hover over it... So I must create a "dummy" task in the column in order to drag and drop a real task into the particular column
