Bug Description
The main page should include some "Coming soon" info for unlogged users, maybe with a form to subscribe for notifications, and an option to login for beta users.
Upon Login the user should get a welcome message with some of the links of currently implemented pages and the links to contributor pages if the user happens to have the Contributor role.
