Bug Description

When I want to set rbd_store_chunk_size and some RBD related options, find that they are not existed in glance::backend::rbd. So it's needed to update to support all rbd options in glance-api.

    Update glance::backend::rbd options

    This patch is aim to add rbd options in glance-api.conf
    and also update related spec test.
