Bug Description

Hi, It seems that puppet-keystone is missing ability to configure application credentials in Keystone. There are 4 variables in 'keystone.application_credential' (https://docs.openstack.org/keystone/latest/configuration/samples/keystone-conf.html) that could be configurable with this module, as for now it can only be done with f.e. keystone::config class.
