Bug Description
Keystone client 'endpoint-list' call previously did not return the service id associated with each endpoint, requiring to get this service id using a python oneliner to query the main endpoint (not the admin one).
Keystone client 'endpoint-list' call now returns the service id associated with each endpoint, the 'get_service_id' method should be removed.
