[7.0] product_by_supplier: ValueError during installation on empty database

Trying to install the module 'product_by_supplier', 7.0 series, revno 30, on a empty db, I get the following error:

ValueError: No such external ID currently defined in the system: purchase.menu_procurement_management_product

It raised cause in the file manifest is missing the dependency from the module 'purchase'. Another solution should be to change the parent of the menuitem 'menu_product_supplier_info' as applied in the related branch lp:~agilebg/purchase-wkfl/7.0-bug-1312024-tafaru
