ContentType is missing from implementation

Bug Description

pyCADF stores the typeURI in field 'typeURI' and not as the specification mandates in a field called 'contentType'.

Obviously this was not by intention. If you look here

https://github.com/openstack/pycadf/blame/master/pycadf/attachment.py

you can see that somehow 'contentType' made it into the documentation, but not at the right spot :-)

The report makes sense but I'll wait for a maintainer of the pyCADF project to set the importance.
