Bug Description

allow for import/export of a environment or subset. I see too many bespoke shell scripts emerging. This should be in core now. Its completely orthogonal to hierarchy management.

There's been talk of doing export as a status output formatter.

two issues with that.

1. status collection doesn't capture the consistent subgraph from scope.
2. the renderer api would need to modify to allow for formula capture.

This can be done by external tools like on the core, like jujuitsu

should be noted that this functionality exists in jitsu import and jitsu export

Considering there's a work-around, I am marking this as low priority. Does it still make sense to move this to the core itself or is having it in an external tool sufficient?
