Bug Description

When passing `http_log_debug=True` to `cinderclient.client.Client` and having enabled debug mode in Nova we still don't see debug logs for the HTTP requests.

This is because cinderclient is not honoring this parameter when a `session` is also passed.

    Fixed request logging

    When passing http_log_debug to cinderclient.client.Client we didn't
    honor it and log the requests if a session is provided.
