Bug Description

It is written in the following URL.

https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Python3#Python_2:_Python_2.6_support_dropped.2C_Python_2.7_only

And already the infra team and the oslo team are dropping py33 support from their projects.

Since we rely on oslo for a lot of our work, and depend on infra for our CI, we should drop py33 support too.

    As of mitaka, the infra team and oslo team are dropping py26 and
    py33 support. Since we rely on oslo for a lot of our work, and
    depend on infra for our CI, we should drop py26 and py33 support
