Bug Description

Our functional tests use python-openstackclient which is broken right now.

See error [1]:

$ openstack project show -f value -c id demo
ERROR: openstack The plugin osc_password could not be found

$ openstack
ERROR: openstack The plugin osc_password could not be found

It is blocker for our gates.

    Workaround broken openstack client for functional tests

    Our functional tests use python-openstackclient which is broken right now.
    So, add temporary workaround to be able to unblock our tests and gates.
