The ``openstack share group type list`` command is not respecting the output pattern of other commands when it is issued.
Steps to reproduce
==================
* Have an environment with manila and python-manilaclient
* Issue the ``openstack share group type list`` command.
Expected result
===============
The displayed information will use the same headers pattern as the other commands and should look like this:

Actual result
=============
It is not using the same pattern as other commands and all of the column titles are using letter case and not using spaces between the words, as shown here:
