Mistral client doesn't support "no_auth" mode

Bug Description

When I try to send requests when I don't need authentication [1] I have this error response:

ERROR (app) You must either provide a valid token or a password (api_key) and a user

[1] openrc file for no_auth mode
export OS_AUTH_URL=
export OS_PASSWORD=
export OS_TENANT_NAME=
export OS_USERNAME=
