Bug Description
When amqp2disk took can't find its queue it fails with:
amqplib.
'Channel.
This can be resolved with "--bind-to oopses"
If the solution is so simple could "--bind-to oopses" be made implicit? If this is not desirable the error message returned by amqp2disk could suggest using it to make initial setup easier.
