Reduce the output in tuskar plan-show

Bug Description

Currently the output is hundreds of lines long and hundreds of characters wide, making it wrap and very hard to consume. By default we should display far less information and then either have a verbose flag or a new plan-detail command.

    Show Plan parameters with empty values only

    In order to help users to enter parameters values, we need to
    easily filter parameter which have not been setup yet. Flag
    --only-empty-parameters was added to plan-show command to do this.
