results for multiple runs on the same image don't always link to the matching job

Sometimes we see a situation where the dashboard results from a run say that a test failed, but if you look at the utah.yaml file or the xml/subunit results, the test appears to have passed. This seems to happen when the test has been rerun in the dashboard. Best guess right now is that somehow either the backlink to the artifacts is pointing to the wrong jenkins job, or the new run failed to update the result with the new pass/fail result.
