test-ecryptfs-utils doesn't work for me

Does anyone use test-ecryptfs-utils.py? In my case, it could not work on these Ubuntu versions: 16.04, 18.04, 20.04, and 22.04.

However, I refactored this test and managed to have it works, so I could propose my solution if it is interesting to someone.
