qrevert invoked with filename(s) should not have "forget pending merges" checked

Bug Description
If qrevert is invoked with one or more filenames, either from the commandline or from TortoiseBzr, it currently has the "forget pending merges" option checked. I think it should default to off in this case since the user's intention is obviously not to forget the entire merge.

I've noticed if the branch has changes and pending merges, both checkboxes are checked by default. see attached screenshot-2.png. (Incorrect behaviour. Both should be de-selected by default.)
But if qrevert is opened on a branch with only changes (no pending merges) then the treewidget is de-selected by default (see attached screenshot-3.png)
This behaviour is correct.
