qmerge should support cherrypicking

Bug Description
qmerge should have an option to merge just the changes introduced by a particular revision, AKA cherrypicking. This would correspond to the -c or --change option on the 'bzr merge' command.
It would be extra nice if it provided a nice qlog-like popup window for choosing the revision. This may even be applicable to non-cherrypick merges.
