Bug Description
This likely has something to do with character encoding. Perhaps the link being constructed by the webapp (on the Python end) is different from the encoding being used by the collection-server to decode the URI (on the Haskell end).

I believe this to be fixed, along with other problems caused by character-encoding madness, with revision 816.
