Sender of messages to motu-reviewers should be who did the change

Bug Description

It would be nice if the sender for messages sent to motu-reviewers was the person who did the change (upload a package, make a comment)

hm... I'm not entirely sure about that. One bad result might be, that review comments (or replies) are sent directly to the commenter, which should be listed on revu instead (so that others can see them).

However you're completely right, that the current from is bad (as spooky's smtp is blocked).

I guess ideally, we'd have a reply-to specified in a way, so that you can also add a comment by mail to revu.

That would be nice indeed. And fixing bug 172895 along with this would make
reviewing just by mail a good option.

Perhaps $<email address hidden>.

Also, if that's implemented, it could be extended in the future to give it some
sort of mail interface, as to be able to archive/advocate... a package by mail.
