replaygain crashing on second play

I'll upload RB to disable this for now in the hope that upstream will look at this soon. Otherwise I will find time and get this fixed.

This bug was fixed in the package rhythmbox - 3.0.1-1ubuntu1

  * Use dh_python3 and pass --no-ext-rename to leave plugin filenames alone.
  * Have -plugin-magnatune depend on gir1.2-secret-1
  * Re-enabled replaygain plugin (LP: #1180721)
