You say that you are using MySQL. 000_config. py has migrate=True & prepopulate=True prepopulation
This looks like a database migration error.
I suggest that you:
1) Drop the 'sahana' database
2) Delete the contents of the 'databases' folder
3) Ensure that models/
4) Recreate the empty Sahana database
5) Run the program to do a fresh migration/
