Bug Description

Slide duration change (Slide -> Properties) is silently ignored if the dialog is closed with Alt-O rather than mouse by click.

I've debugged and traced the code that's doing this.

When the dialog is closed using the Alt key combination instead of the
mouse, the GTK function "gtk_spin_button_get_value()" is returning the old
value rather than the new one.

No idea why, as it *really* shouldn't be. It *should* be returning the
new value.

This seems more like a bug with GTK, than with Salasaga.

But, it's kind of hard to believe that the GTK guys would miss something
so fundamentally important.

I need to look into this more before reporting a bug to the GTK people.

Just a quick note. Recently made some locale changes, so I'm wondering if that may have had a beneficial effect and fixed this.

So, this bug needs to be verified as still happening (shouldn't be hard). i.e. with Slide -> Duration
