[Feature request] Scheduled backups for regular users and distinct profiles

Bug Description

When running the config-gui as normal user, the 'Time' tab is not visible, but this option is potentially very useful (I'd like to have it!).

On most systems, user crontabs are available as well, so it would be very nice and realitively straightforward to add user 'Time' support.

This would be appreciated as a feature.
As a matter of fact, I had started a project to define a scheduling API and I intended to use it to implement this feature.

Please use sbackup 0.11 and report bugs there. nssbackup is no longer maintained.

Confirmed as feature request.

Every profile created by either admins or regular users should allow scheduling, i.e. distinct profiles should be independend from each other and therefore allow the setting of different schedules.
