Bug Description
Binary package hint: shotwell
When I try to import something either from my computer or from my camera it will not work. It grays out everything besides a folder and will not let me select anything.

If you select File -> Import From Folder..., Shotwell will only allow you to select a folder. It will search it and all sub-folders and import all files it finds.
If you want to import specific photos, you can drag-and-drop them from Nautilus directly onto the Shotwell window. It should import them then. If you drag a folder onto the Shotwell window, it will import it and all sub-folders, just like File -> Import From Folder...
Let us know how it works out!
