Image context menu "Open with" does not open shutter session window

Bug Description
Example is i have a image and i wast to open it with shutter, choosing "Open with -> shutter" from context menu.
It does not open shutter session window.
for thet have to oepn shutter form unity menu or Type "shutter" in the unity lense.
my shutter opens as a startup application.
shutter woked fine before i upgraded to 0.89.1, i already had it in panel.
ALSO provide a way to delete the current screenshot image, after the screenshot is taken and edit window opens automatically
please fix this
- Shutter version 0.89.1
- i am using ubuntu12.04

I am sure it has something to do with autostart as i log in, when i quit the application and then reopen it, everything works fine
