Bug Description
I use the "Selection" feature intensively to take print-screens.
Shutter lacks a border feature (or native in the "Preferences" as part of a profile, or as a plug-in)
I attached 2 print-screens.
1. If I past the original image in a document, there is no border to separate the white portion of the print-screen and the white background of the document.
2. If I use the plug-in "3-D frame" on the images, it looks terribly amateur (ish) and fancy.
I need a simple border feature (optionally with px and color setting).
